Wismec may not be the most well known manufacturer in the vaping industry, but that doesn’t mean they should be overlooked. This company has put out some very good products. I haven’t had the chance to review anything of theirs since the Wismec Sinuous Ravage and Gnome King Starter Kit. However, I came across the Wismec Amor NS Pro Tank a couple of months ago and was pleasantly surprised with the overall performance of this tank. Specifically, I think that the Amor NS Pro tank is a great choice for MTL vapers. Here’s why.
1. The Single Airflow and Triple Hole Restricted Draw
Yes, if you don’t prefer mouth-to-lung vaping, then a single airflow slot is going to be depressing. However, if you like MTL draws, this is a plus. Regardless of the single airflow, you do get a nice draw with it wide open, even if you are using a direct-to-lung vaping style. Furthermore, you can turn the airflow back until you see three small holes, meant for a tight, restricted draw for MTL vaping. The tank is slightly noisier than some of the others I’ve tried, but the ability to easily switch between DTL and MTL vaping is great—and even better if you are a new vaper uncertain of which vaping style you prefer.
2. The WS04 MTL Coil
The Wismec Amor NS Pro Tank comes with an MTL coil: the WS04. This coil rates at 1.3-ohms and can be used at 8-14W. These coils deliver some very good flavor. The draw with the coil and tank combo is nice, no matter where you have set your airflow. The huge plus with this coil and the NS Pro tank combination is the ability to use high nicotine juices and even nicotine salt e-liquids. The coil was crafted specifically for this! So if you’re an MTL vaper or a new vaper looking for higher nicotine juices, this coil was made to handle your needs.
3. The Other Coils in the WS Coil Series
You’ve got options when you vape with a Wismec Amor NS Pro Tank. Wismec wanted to create a tank that offered a little something for everyone. So while I believe that this tank functions best as an MTL style vape, it does do well with DTL vaping. The coils available in the WS Coil Series? For DTL vaping, there is the WS-M Mesh coil, which rates at 0.27-ohms and is capable of wattages from 30-60W. Mesh coils are one of the best options to have, because typically you’ll get enhanced flavor without compromising the vapor production. There is also a WS01 Triple coil. This coil is a 0.2-ohm triple coil head that delivers a decent balance of vapor and flavor anywhere from 40-80W. And last, but not least, there is another MTL coil option: the WS03, which is a 1.5-ohm resistance for 7 to 13W.
Other Pros: Who Should Purchase the Wismec Amor NS Pro Tank?
If you’re an MTL vaper, this tank is hard to pass up. But I also believe it’s a nice option for those of you who like both vaping styles, or are just beginning and haven’t decided which style you like best. Some pros for the Wismec Amor Ns Pro tank are the eight color options, the cobra resin drip tip, the sliding top fill and solid construction, along with the various coil options and the ability to use nicotine salts with the MTL coils. Keep in mind that this tank is only a 2ml capacity, so if you’re planning to vape with a mesh coil, you’ll need to refill often. If you’re going to use the Amor NS Pro for MTL vaping, the capacity should be just fine. This tank is pretty affordable too, so if you’re worried about cost, don’t be.
