good or bad soupwire emblem

Cream, fresh custard, a touch of sweetness, and bits of freshly diced pineapple. Relapse is a tropical smoothie vape that packs a ton of flavor. If you’re looking for something different, you may want to give this one a try!

First Impressions:

I really like the branding on the Vapors Anonymous line. They managed to keep everything classy (straying away from cartoon figures, and vulgar titles) and professional. Both the name of the vape juice, and the flavor description (with graphics) give the consumer a great idea of what they’re getting themselves into. The bottle I will be testing today is 0mg; but keep in mind that Vapors Anon. is a nic salts line.

Flavor Profile:

Creamy pineapple float that will stop you from relapsing back to those lesser e-liquids. With just one taste of this classic flavor you’ll be whipped.

Strong acidic notes of sliced pineapple submerged in a small amount of fruit juice. There’s some notes of a light cream as well, but it’s too faint to describe. The aroma of this liquid reminds me of a tropical shaved ice with a dollop of soft served 🙂

My Setup:

Dual claptons on the deck of the Twisted Messes Squared RDA, airflow closed 25%. Pulsed on the Volcano E-cigs Lavabox DNA 200 (40-60 watts).

Front – To my surprise, the pineapple isn’t as tart as I thought it would be. Instead, the tropical fruit has been mixed with a decent amount of cream and a hint of sugar, bringing the acidity down considerably. There’s a nice custard flavor as well, that adds a nice chewy texture to the vape.

Middle – Here, the pineapple remains in the background; serving as an addition to the Relapse, instead of the main attraction. This liquid has a lot of the same characteristics that one would associate with a tropical beach drink (made with ice). It’s creamy, slightly sweet, and has a tolerable level of acidity, allowing the drink to be enjoyed.

End – Relapse finishes with the same primary flavors. Cream, custard, touch of sugar, and smooth hints of freshly chopped pineapple. Everything finishes with a very subtle amount of tartness; just enough to remind you that you’re vaping a pineapple e-liquid.

Aftertaste – Absolutely as clean as one could ask for. I was really worried about the aftertaste after smelling the liquid. But Vapors Anonymous did a really good job keeping the tartness at bay; it easily could’ve overpowered the entire flavor!

This liquid vapes exactly like the flavor suggests; and that’s not the easiest thing to do. Relapse is so smooth in 0mg, I wouldn’t be worried about any level of nic salts ruining the overall flavor.

Cloud Production:

No cloud competitions with this setup. The flavor surely makes up for the lack of vapor though. If you’re really interested in blowing O’s, one could easily mix a bit of straight VG and Relapse together for a homemade ‘Max-VG’ blend.

Final Thoughts:

I was a bit skeptical going into this review. But Relapse has all the right flavors to make for a really good vape. The sugar and tartness levels are low enough to allow for all day vaping, and the tropical characteristics are enough to keep everything interesting.

Definitely ‘friend recommendable’!
