Like the big rolls of strawberry bubble gum tape from your childhood? Strawberry Bubble from IVG will give you flash backs to elementary school.

IVG E-liquids First Impressions:

I love (pun totally intended) the branding on all of the IVG juice lines. They managed to keep everything clean and presentable, but still put enough effort into the label design to make it stand out in a crowd. The font is easy to read, the flavor names leave no guess work, and the nicotine content is clearly visible. The ‘flavor images’ used on the label add a nice touch to the overall design as well!

Flavor Profile:

Oozing and succulent strawberry bubble gum flavor, the perfect candy to enjoy anytime of day.

1:1 match to the aroma of an opened bag of Big League Chew or those old school strawberry bubble tap rolls (the pink one I believe?). More of a candied strawberry smell mixed with a bit of powdered sugar. I expected a bit more on the nose, but that’s all I was able to pick up on at the time.

My Setup:

A pair of claptons on the deck of the OBS engine RTA. Pulsed on the Lavabox DNA 200 device from Volcano E-cigs. I had the wattage set to 70 for this review, and the airflow shutdown just a hair.

Front – A fairly complex blend of berries; some vine ripened, and some covered in white sugar. There even seems to be some flavor characteristics of a strawberry jam or marmalade. The bubblegum taste is more of an afterthought, but still quite good. There’s an interesting mouth-watering affect associated with this liquid as well. Limited amounts of sweetener allow these flavors to shine.

Middle – More of the same blended strawberry thing going on midway through. The sliced strawberries are the most prominent, with the candied berry working in the background and offering some complexity. The bubblegum is still more of an afterthought, which didn’t really bother me as much as I thought it would. My mouth is still watering as it would while chewing on a regular piece of gum.

End – No other flavor components enter the picture. Strawberry Bubble finishes with a nice berry flavor and just the right amount of sugar.

Aftertaste – No lingering of any kind. IVG did a great job keeping the sweetener to a minimum; and my palate was just as clean as it was prior to writing this review.

Cloud Production:

The regular and salt blends are both 70% VG, so you’re not going to take first place at the next cloud competition with either of them. Still, the cloud production wasn’t half bad all things considered.

Final Thoughts:

The regular bubble flavor from IVG lacked complexity; this strawberry version is a huge step in the right direction. It’s clean enough to mix with other flavors, and complex enough to keep things interesting.

Would I recommend this to a friend? Yes. If you like a good clean strawberry vape, this one comes highly recommended.

ADV? No. While Strawberry Bubble is more complexity than its original tasting big brother, it still lacks something. I’d probably get bored with this one in a few hours.
