Cinnamon and nutmeg spiced chewy snickerdoodle with a caramel drizzle, and hints of a creamy custard on the backend. Glas Vapor Basix Sugar Cookie is the perfect vape to bring on the holiday season!

First Impressions:

I absolutely love the branding on the Basix line-up. Glas managed to keep everything clean and professional, while still making the packaging and bottles look presentable; this proves that cartoon character graphics, catchy titling, and absurd e-liquid names are not necessary to increase the value of a vape product. The gorilla bottles are a nice touch too.

Flavor Profile:

Fresh from the oven! You’ll taste warm buttery cookie dough, glazed with golden brown sugar caramel, and finished with a cinnamon and nutmeg twist. Don’t forget a glass of milk to wash it down!

Smell:

Exactly as the flavor profile would suggest. Potent flavors of snickerdoodle cookie on the front end, with less apparent notes of cream or custard on the backend. The cinnamon and nutmeg spices really remind me of the holiday season, when you’ve just pulled a fresh sheet of cookies out of the oven!

My Setup:

Dual 3mm claptons on the deck of the Loop V1.5 RDA. Pulsed on the dual 18650 parallel box from silver steam vapor.

Flavor:

Front – The spices are apparent almost immediately, and blend really well with the sugar cookie base. I was afraid this vape was going to be too sugary, but was surprised to find that it was actually quite the opposite. A cream note (that’s borderline custard) does a great job at mellowing everything out here as well.

Middle – The creamy note increases in intensity and texture; it’s now a thick, chewy taste that carries a great mouthfeel along with it. The snickerdoodle-esque cookie flavors remain, and the spices stay quite powerful. A nice light caramel note enters the scene at this point as well, adding to the overall complexity of the sugar cookie.

End – A lot of the same flavors continue through the end of this vape. A spiced Sugar Cookie with cinnamon, nutmeg and a decent pinch of salt — mixed in a creamy custard of sorts, with a light caramel drizzle. I still cannot believe how good the liquid tastes with almost no extra sugar at all. It’s like a low sugar dessert vape.

Aftertaste – Nothing stays around here longer than it should. This is most likely due to the low sugar content in the liquid; I never got that nasty film residue on my tongue, and my cotton stayed clean as well!

Cloud Production:

The Glas Basix line is all 70/30, so you’re probably not going to enter a cloud competition with it anytime soon. With that being said, my dual clapton build (.26ohm’s) on the Titan did manage to fill a room with vapor in a hurry!

Final Thoughts:

I’d recommend this flavor to a friend, and would definitely venture out to purchase another bottle. It’s clean enough to vape throughout the day, and complex enough to keep you interested!
