A tall glass of blended blueberries with a splash of cold whole milk floating on top. If you’re a fruit vape fanatic, The One Blueberry is an absolute must try!

First Impressions:

I really appreciate The One E-liquid‘s branding. Everything, including the graphics and lettering, was done tastefully. The flavor, ingredients, nic level, and company name are all easy to ready. I’d expect nothing less from Beard Vape Co. personally, but it’s still nice to see a professional looking e-liquid line.

The original Strawberry flavor from The One made it on my Top 10 e-juice list last year. I had high hopes for this blueberry version!

Flavor Profile:

A breakfast-themed combination of perfectly frosted cereal soaked in a flavored milk. This one combines pastry and dessert bread flavors with fresh cream and ripe blueberries that is sure to brighten up your morning!

Smell:

If you’ve ever blended fresh blueberries in a blender, you could easily relate to the aroma coming from this liquid. There’s a hint of tart blueberry juice in the foreground as well. This one is all about the berries!

My Setup:

Dual aliens from Saddlehorseblues on the deck of the 25mm Wotofo Warrior RDA, airflow cut down 25-90% for this review. Vaping on my unregulated dual 18650 Titan box from Silver Steam Vapor.

Flavor:

Front – After smelling The One Blueberry, I had a feeling it was going to be good. Freshly picked blueberries blended with a splash of whole milk serve as the base, and a spoonful of white sugar evens out the acidity. The perfect amount of tartness is left behind to authenticate the real fruit flavor, and not a bit more. No sign of a sugar cereal, but I’m not really missing it at this point.

Middle – The blended blueberry base becomes noticeably more intense, and a subtle vanilla bean and nutmeg enter the picture along with it. The whole milk provides a nice light velvety mouthfeel. A very faint cereal crumble/powder seems to be mixed in with the blueberry base, but it’s not as nearly as potent as I thought it would be. Very low sweetener content. I’d compare this one to a thick blueberry smoothie mixed with a slightly tart glass of pressed juice.

End – At this point, the tartness from the fruit is most pronounced – it wouldn’t be enough for a throat hit in a 3-6mg blend, but just the right amount to create a little punch. What little sign of breakfast cereal there was has been reduced considerably, leaving behind a small amount of powdered cereal in milk behind. Sugar remains low, and makes for a smooth finish.

Aftertaste – No lingering, very clean. To be fair, there’s not a whole lot going on here either, but you should always give credit where credit is due!

Pretty darn good for a 70/30 blend vaped on a dual build.

Final Thoughts:

This vape was exactly what I wanted from a blueberry flavor from Beard Vape Co. There’s just enough sugar to amplify the berry taste, and not a bit more. A natural sweetened smooth, cold whole milk flavor rounds this liquid out nicely. I’m a bit disappointed with the lack of breakfast cereal – there’s enough to notice, but it’s not nearly as strong as the original strawberry liquid.

I don’t think I’ll be adding this one to my top 10 list anytime soon (too many new flavors left to try!), but it certainty deserves an honorable mention!

Recommendable? Absolutely. This would serve as a perfectly balanced blueberry base that could be added to other flavors as well!

Re-purchase? You betcha. These days, candied blueberry vapes are a dime a dozen; but authentic berry flavors are getting harder and harder to come by (there’s still a few out there, but you really have to search around!).
