good or bad soupwire emblem

An intensely sweet blend of caramel and cream, with a wisp of coconut and crust. Billow from the Cloud Company line of liquids should easily quiet the sweetest of sweet tooths!

First Impressions:

There’s a lot going on the label of the Cloud Company line of liquids. I don’t think the clutter ruins the branding in anyway, but I think a little house keeping could’ve done a lot of good. Besides the vertical and horizontal banner style labeling, everything else is fairly easy to read. As for the blindfolded character, I’m not really sure how it fits in with the overall company image – and thankfully, that’s not up to me to decide!

Flavor Profile:

A rich creamy coconut combined with gooey caramel flavors will remind you of a caramel coated coconut cream cake!

Coconut was the absolute first thing I noticed after opening the bottle to smell. A strong brown sugar aroma mixed with a chewy bread in the foreground should make for a tasty dessert liquid.

My Setup:

The profile BF RDA by Wotofo with the regular (non squonking) 510 pin, and a mesh style coil on deck (included with the profile). Pulsed on the regulated single 18650 hypercar mod from uwell, airflow shutdown 60% for this review.

Front – Interesting first vape. A 50/50 mix of burnt sugar and cream are definitely the main attraction here. I’d be willing to bet Suicide Bunny was going for a caramel flavor, but they taste very separated at this stage in the vape. Not much going on in the way of pie crust or cake yet. Moderate to high sugar content.

Middle – Normally with caramel liquid, opening the airflow up a bit results in a smoother/ more apparent sugar characteristic. The same held true with Billow, but it never reached the full on caramel flavor I was hoping for. Instead, I received a brown sugar laced with cream – which is equally as good, but came off as a bit ‘unfinished’. This one is really sweet!

End – I was able to pick up on a floral coconut and a touch of flour towards the end. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a cake of any kind, even after making multiple adjustments to airflow and wattage. The mix of brown sugar and cream overpowered this vape, and masked all other flavor components beyond it.

Aftertaste – A good bit of lingering. If you like sweet dessert vapes, you may be used to this. It was a bit much for me though, and I had a hard time clearing my palate with water.

Cloud Production:

Finally, a bottle of 80% VG. Big difference in cloud production, even with my low wattage setup. Thick vapor filled the room in a matter of minutes.

Product Info:

Size/s – 120ml

Available Nic – 0, 1.5, 3, 6 and 9mg

VG/PG ratio – 80/20

Price – $30.00

Bottle type – Chubby gorilla

Final Thoughts:

Look, to be honest, I do not think I’d spend $30 on a bottle of this stuff (I found this one in a 2 for 20 bin at a local shop…). This liquid is more of a chewy caramel candy with a cream center.

Recommendable? No. If you’ve been looking for a creamy caramel covered cake vape of sorts, this may fall far short of your expectations.

ADV? Not a chance. Maybe in a low sugar version, but there’s way to much sweetener as it stands now. I vaped this liquid for all of 15 minutes, and felt like that was pushing it.
