Boosted E-Juice surfaced in the vape scene in late 2013. The creator was vaper Cory Virgil. His knowledge of flavors helped him establish a popular brand of e-liquids. This brand is pretty well-loved, as it’s recognized in several countries. I picked one of the flavors to review thanks to the suggestion of a friend. Anti-Lag E-Liquid by Boosted E-Juice is one of the six original flavors in the first line of juices from Boosted. Is this as good as I’ve heard? Read on to find out.
Packaging and Branding
Much of Boosted’s label designs are graffiti style. However, some of the newer labels have a different look. The bottle of Anti-Lag I purchased has a bright yellow background with black stripes and a sharp font with the flavor name behind a splatter of red. On this particular design, there isn’t a way to spot the Boosted E-Juice brand name easily on the bottle. Overall, the packaging is nice, it stands out, but I do think the branding had undergone a few changes that make it seem slightly inconsistent.
How I Vaped Anti-Lag E-Liquid by Boosted E-Juice
Since this blend has a lot going on, I wanted to see if I could get all of the flavors to come out. I opted for a mesh tank, the Freemax Fireluke Mesh Sub-Ohm Tank, on top of my VooPoo Drag 2 Box Mod. After a solid week of vaping with the Fireluke, I switched the tank to the GeekVape Loop V1.5 RDA.
The flavor of Anti-Lag E-Liquid is described as a fruit salad with strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, and cream. This juice gave off a very fruity smell, so I hoped it could live up to my expectations. With the Fireluke Mesh tank, I used a fresh coil and it took a few drags for the flavor to really surface. But when it did, I was sold. Inhaling, I got a strong strawberry and blueberry combination, while the watermelon was hanging in the middle. The finish is that refreshing, mildly sweet whipped cream.
Anti-Lag on an RDA is a dream. But to be completely honest, no matter how I vaped this, or how long I vaped this, I was still enjoying it. It’s a great all-day-vape candidate. The flavor doesn’t linger around for too long, but every time you take a hit it tastes as refreshing as it did the first vape. My only comment is the watermelon flavor could stand to be slightly stronger.
Clouds and Throat Hit
This juice is a 60/40 VG/PG blend. Clouds are going to be thinner. Don’t expect massive, jaw-dropping vapor production here. Trust me, the flavor makes up for it. As for the throat hit, there is a mild, smooth hit you get when you vape Anti-Lag, a bit stronger than a 70/30, but hardly noticeable.
VG/PG Ratio: 60/40
Available in 0-12mg of nicotine
Sold in 60ml unicorn bottle
Price is $22.99 for 60ml of e-liquid
Dreaming of the Summertime? Anti-Lag Can Keep You Going
Anti-Lag E-Liquid by Boosted E-Juice makes me feel like it’s summer, which is always a good thing! It’s a nicely blended amount of sweetness from the fruit, offset in the best way with that whipped cream at the end. While this isn’t the most epic fruit liquid I’ve tried, it is in the top twenty list somewhere, and that means it’s a good e-liquid. If you want to experience fruit salad all day, this is the juice to do it with. It’s a bit more pricey, so keep that in mind if you’re on a budget. Even so, it makes a nice treat for a rainy day.
