Beard Vape Co. was created with the effort of two brothers and a close friend in Venice, California. This e-liquid line started as a back of the shop endeavor, with the three working to create e-liquids in Nana’s Vape Shop in Venice. They started to sell them there and received a following in the area. Thanks to that following, they were inspired to found Beard Vape Co. I’m always excited to find e-liquids that are based out of California, being a California native myself. So I picked up a bottle of one of their weirdest flavors: #64. #64 by Beard Vape Co. is a very interesting blend of blue raspberry cotton candy and the hibiscus flower.
The Branding and Packaging of #64 by Beard Vape Co.
Beard Vape Co. applies the same branding to every product they sell. Some may call it boring, but I call it excellent branding. It’s easy to see exactly who manufacturers this brand and their scheme of naming each flavor with a number was created thanks to their local following in California. While I appreciate when the flavor type is listed on the bottle or the box, I can go ahead and accept the numbered flavors because of their initial following.
The e-liquid bottle comes in a cardboard box. Inside the box is that unicorn squeeze bottle.
Unscrewing the lid of this e-liquid, I was all the more interested to give it a try. I could smell the cotton candy notes, as well as that floral aspect from the hibiscus.
If you ask me, this flavor has a lot to live up to with the description on the website. Beard Vape Co. calls #64 a blue raspberry cotton candy with a floral hibiscus and “perhaps the most layered e-liquid on the market.” There are “hints of tart berry and sweet, aromatic hibiscus.”
Vaping #64 by Beard Vape Co.
My setup for this review was the Augvape Skynet Sub-Ohm Mesh tank and the SMOK Species Mod. On the inhale, I got the hibiscus flavor. The middle was a bit of sweetness, from what I assume was the cotton candy and blue raspberry. On the exhale was that sweet blue raspberry.
While I felt that the flavors were well balanced, I do have to say that the strongest note in the mix was the hibiscus. The layering was very well done, but I do realize that this blend isn’t going to please everyone. For myself, it reminded me of a refreshing summer day on vacation. Luckily, this didn’t taste too sweet at all, in fact, it does have a very mild sweetness that will appeal to vapers who are looking for a fruity vape minus the sickening sweetener.
As a 70/30 VG/PG E-Liquid, this juice outputs a decent amount of clouds. They’re thick and can easily fog up a place, but not a competition-worthy blend.
VG/PG Ratio: 70/30

Sold in a 30 or 60ml Unicorn Bottle
Price is $19.99 for 60ml of e-liquid
A Fruity Floral E-Liquid That Will Suit Some Vapers
I realize that I have some interesting taste buds compared to other people. I love IPAs, I love fermented food, sour notes are some of my favorite flavor types, and I also am a sucker for those florals. This e-liquid is very good. It’s well blended and manages to keep from being too sweet even though it’s a cotton candy flavor. It’s definitely got a specific crowd though. If you have a problem with floral flavors and think they’re overpowering, this juice will not be the one for you.
However, if you can appreciate floral and fruit notes simultaneously, I can’t see why you wouldn’t want to pick up a bottle of this e-liquid. If you’re looking for something unique, this is a good pick.
